The Details
Our sturdy commercial grade frames are designed for those who need a tent with sufficient heft to withstand its fair share of use.
Made of heavy duty powder coated steel
for stability and durability ,
they are all weather resistant and washable.
The canopy tents and backdrops are made of
600D polyester oxford
and are full color sublimation printed and UV coated
to inhibit fading in the sun .
Our optional tent pole drapes are made of
thick knitted polyester
and are pre pleated with velco trim for fast and easy
attachment to the canopy edge .
Every tent includes a frame and handy roller bag.

Good To Know
Popup canopy tents are versatile and can be used for a myriad of purposes such as trade fairs, beach cabanas, camping shelters, tailgating and backyard tents. They can last for years if properly cared for.

Storage
When you are not using them , it's important to store your frame and tent properly.
The roller bag accomodates the frame only. Fold your canopy and curtains to avoid creases before storing away.

Weather conditions
Although POOF! Pavilions are weather proof and sturdy, they are not meant to be left out indefinitely as they are temporary shelters. They are not designed to withstand adverse weather conditions such as strong winds, rain, or other types of precipitation.

Be sure to check the forecast before setting up your pop-up canopy. Sadly, wind and storms may damage the tents.
Poof Pavilions are UV coated for resistance to sun which prevents fading and degradation of the tent material over time. But in order to preserve the vibrancy of the colors, dont leave your tent out full time.

It is always a good idea to put weights on the tent legs, but especially if the weather is windy! Weights came in different materials and styles. A great idea are the ones that can be filled with water or sand once they are placed around the leg of the tent. This makes them easier to transport when not in use.

Returns and Warranties
All POOF! Pavilions are quality tested and inspected before delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Please understand that we can not accept any CANCELLATIONS,returns or refund unless it is a quality issue. Please send a photo of the damage to receive an RMA.
We do not accept CANCELLATIONS,returns or refund requests on cutom orders for any reason after the order is shipped.

This warranty covers manufacture’s defaults only. Warranty does NOT cover products or parts which have been altered or modified in any manner. This warranty does NOT apply to damage caused by wind, rain, storms or other forces of nature, nor does it cover accidental or deliberate damage of the product. Damage caused by these events may be covered under your home or business insurance policy. This warranty does NOT apply if the set up of the product does not conform to the product instructions.
Customer is responsible for shipping . All items being returned need to be properly packaged for shipment in the same way they were shipped to you. No returns (for any reason) are accepted on custom orders
